Metro 4, Inc. is a Tennessee corporation.
Metro 4 qualifies as a charitable, tax-exempt corporation as provided
in the United States Code, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter
F, Part 1, Section 501(c)(6).
Metro 4 does not engage in for-profit
activities nor does it use federal funds to influence legislation.
Metro 4 was incorporated March 29,
1996.
The Board of Directors of Metro
4 consists of representatives of the air pollution control agencies
who serve as president, vice president, secretary/treasurer, and
two members at large.
