Introduction

The member agencies of Metro 4 and SESARM manage planning programs designed to assure that air quality within each jurisdiction attains and maintains compliance with National Ambient Air Quality Standards. Planning activities include providing administrative support to agencies, developing regulations and other components of implementation plans, and assessing the effectiveness of the programs.
