These directories contain the NIF emissions and related summary files and outputs from VISTAS/ASIP emission inventory development contracts. The files in these directories were primarily prepared by MACTEC as documented in the emission inventory technical support and preparation documents located in each /documentation/ directory. Chronology for the preparation of these files and versioning/naming is also identified in these EI preparation documents.
