Data Workgroup is responsible for compiling the air quality and meteorological monitoring data necessary to conduct the analyses and modeling efforts needed for the VISTAS states to comply with the requirements of the federal regional haze regulations.

Planning Workgroup is responsible for developing the overall plan for VISTAS activities, coordination and development of air quality strategies, cost benefit analysis of strategies, coordination of template development for SIP submittals, development of materials and reports.

Technical Analysis Workgroup is responsible for overseeing the regional haze and fine particulate modeling that will be required for the State Implementation Plans (SIP's).
