VISTAS Request for Proposals

  • The VISTAS RFP was completed on December 21, 2017.
  • The RFP was posted to this web site and sent to approximately 60 potential bidders on December 21, 2017.
  • The deadline for proposal submittals was January 26, 2018.

VISTAS Contractor Selection

  • The VISTAS team convened a Contractor Selection Committee (CSC) to review proposals.
  • Eastern Research Group (ERG) was recommended by the CSC as the contractor to the VISTAS State and Tribal Air Directors (STAD).  
  • Alpine Geophysics was ERG's subcontractor, primarily for modeling support.
  • The VISTAS STAD approved the CSC's contractor recommendation on February 16, 2018.
  • A contract between SESARM and ERG was executed on March 1, 2018.
