Prerequisites before you begin:  1) Login to the system using your account with password. 2) If you need to register several people call Doug at 404-361-4000 to make sure that you have authorization to do so. 3) Each person that you are registering needs an account on the system. 4) Have all user names ready when the system asks for them on the Continuation page after you verify your shopping cart.

Registering: 1) Log into the system and navigate to the 2018 Exhibition page, if you are not there already. 2) Fill out the Other Products table and then press Start Reservations. An explanation of selecting your needed service at this meeting is below. 

3) On the next screen press the Complete you Registration (seen below as an example) button (if there are multiple, just press the top one). 

4) Confirm you shopping cart on the next screen by pressing Continue. 

5) On the Continue page: This page will prompt you assign a person each product being purchased. You either select myself or search for user name.To find a username select the Other Account option for each line. Enter in a few letters of the username and a selection list will appear. Choose the correct one. Fill out the boxes at the bottom of the screen and then then Press 'Continue to Next Stop".  If there are any errors the system will let you know.

6) The next screen displays the payment options. If you just want an invoice, leave it selected. If you wish to go to he Pay Pal server select that option and then continue. 

7) The PayPal server takes care of the rest. NOTE: you do not need a PayPal account to use the server. Select Pay by Debit or Credit Card

The first table below, "Other Products," can be seen on the exhibitor page for this event. You change the quantity in the last column to suit your needs.  Then click "Start Registration."  The first person that is registering for a company must place a 1 in the 2018 Exhibit Row and 2018 Fee for each representative for exhibit.. The rest are optional  if needed. If you are paying for 2 people or more to attend, place that numeric value in he Quantity column.

The table below displays Possible Scenarios. The second column lists on each line the product being purchase, the quantity of the selected item and the resultant cost. Five scenarios are listed as examples, but there could be others..

For one person who is setting up their own display. No table or power needed Total $190.
