2025 Metro 4/SESARM Air Directors' Fall Meeting

This is the annual Fall Directors’ Meeting with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast. It is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025.

LOCATION: 

• The SpringHill Suites Huntsville Downtown, 745 Constellation Place Drive SW, Huntsville, AL 35801.

• Directors Meeting and Board meetings will be held in the Redstone Ballroom.

RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING:

• Hotel reservation deadline:  Tuesday, October 7, 2025
• Rooms are being held under the "Metro 4-SESARM Fall Air Directors Meeting" room block for the nights of October 28-29 with check-out on October 30.

• The nightly sleeping room rate will be $141.00 plus tax per night (GSA prevailing Govt Rate may change on 10/1/25).

• Requested registration deadline:  Wednesday, October 15, 2025
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.
• Click on "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.
• There is no registration fee.

• 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30 – Fall Directors’ Meeting.
• 1:00-2:45 p.m. Tuesday, October 28 – Metro 4 Board of Directors Annual Meeting (Metro 4 staff only)
• 3:30-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28 - SESARM Board of Directors Annual Meeting (SESARM staff only)

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

• The hotel is 14.2 miles from does not have an airport shuttle.
• The airport-hotel taxi/Uber fare is approximately $25 -35.
• There will be complimentary self-parking for meeting attendees staying at the hotel.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

• Snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the meeting.  All meals are on your own.
• Suggested attire is business casual.
