2025 Metro 4/SESARM Air Directors' Spring Meeting/ Grants and Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4

This is the registration page for the 2025 Metro 4/SESARM Air Directors Spring Meeting /Grants and Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast. It is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 3 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 5. Only those attending in-person are required to register.  Details and registration information is as follows:

LOCATION: 

• The Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory, 130 Clairemont Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030.
• Grants and Planning meetings will be held in the Decatur Room A.

RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING:

• Hotel reservation deadline:  Tuesday, May 13, 2025
• Rooms are being held under group code "MSMMSMB" for the nights of June 3-4 with check-out on June 5.
• The nightly sleeping room rate will be $174.00 pus tax per night.

• Room cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a cancelation charge.

• Requested registration deadline:  Wednesday, May 14, 2025
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.
• Go to "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.
• There is no registration fee.

• 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 5 – Air Directors' Spring Meeting/Grants Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4
