2026 Metro 4/ SESARM Spring Air Directors Meeting

This is the registration page for the 2026 Metro 4/SESARM Spring Air Directors Meeting /Grants and Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast. It is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 6 through 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 7.  Virtual attendees to the Metro 4/ SESARM meeting are not required to register on this website.   Details and registration information is as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: 

• This meeting is being held in conjunction with the AAPCA 2026 Spring Meeting, which is scheduled for April 7,8,9, 2026 at the same hotel. The METRO 4/ SESARM meeting will end in time for all attendees to attend the AAPCA Spring Meeting, if they desire and are registered.
• Those choosing to attend the AAPCA 2026 Spring meeting will need to register for the AAPCA meeting separately.  AAPCA's registration information can be found here.

RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING:

• Rooms are available as part of AAPCA's room block for the nights of April 6-8, with check-out on April 9.  You may reserve your room by clicking this link: AAPCA 2026 Spring Meeting Booking Link for $182.00 plus tax per night.  Additional details on directions, parking, internet, and amenities can be found on the hotel’s website. The deadline to reserve a room in the hotel block is Tuesday, March 24. Additional information from the hotel is below:
  • Guests may also call 1-800-EMBASSY (362-2779) to book their reservations at this time. The group code is 937. Individual Call In guests will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidentals.
  • A $55 per night incidental hold will be authorized/charged at check in, please ensure that you communicate this to your guests as incidentals may not be waived and is a requirement at check in.
  • One night’s room and tax is due at booking. Please inform your guests that reservations are subject to cancellation without notification should cards decline for the initial room deposit.
  • Early Departure Fee of one night’s room & tax; this fee applies to all guests that attempt to change their departure within 72 hours of arrival or after checking in

REGISTER FOR THE METRO 4/SESARM PORTION OF THE MEETING:

• Requested registration deadline:  Monday, March 23, 2026
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.
• Go to "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.
• There is no registration fee.

• 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  Tuesday, April 7 - Air Directors' Spring Meeting/Grants Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4 (Metro 4/ SESARM and EPA Region 4 Staff

• Snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the meeting.  All meals are on your own.
