2026 Region 4 Air Monitoring Exhibition

The annual Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop and Exhibition is a forum to share information on federal monitoring requirements; monitoring data and trends; equipment performance, operation, and maintenance; data quality; and other related topics. The workshop will include a combination of presentations and roundtable discussions. The exhibition will allow attendees to interact with exhibitors who supply equipment and services to meet monitoring needs. The vendor exhibition is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5 at 1:00 p.m. and last through Wednesday, May 6, at 5:00 pm.

LOCATION AND DETAILS:

• Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown Emory, 130 Clairemont Ave, Decatur, GA 30030.
• The Air Monitoring Workshop will be held in the Decatur Room A.
• The exhibition spaces will be in the Henry Oliver Room of the Hotel.
• Exhibit spaces will be approximately 8 ft x 8 ft and will have a 6' x 30" table, 2 chairs, and electrical power strips available. The Exhibit fee is $200 per exhibit space.
• The Exhibition will have a limited number of spaces. Spaces will be granted to each company in order of their request. To request a space, please email Scott Hodges at shodges@metro4-sesarm.org. The registration deadline is Friday, April 17, 2026. Booth locations will be determined after registrations are complete.

SCHEDULE AND AGENDA:

A draft agenda will be provided when available. Below is the general schedule:

• 9:00a.m. - 12:00a.m. ET Tuesday, May 5 – Potential Monitor Training (based on interest)
• 1:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET Tuesday, May 5 – Day 1 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop with Exhibition viewing from 1:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 9:00 a.m.- 5:00p.m. ET Wednesday, May 6 – Day 2 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop with Exhibition viewing all day.
• 9:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7 – Day 3 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop (State, Local, Tribal, and EPA attendees only).

TO REQUEST SPACE FOR YOUR EXHIBIT AND/OR REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE:

• Registration deadline for Exhibits is April 18, 2026. 
• Create a registration by following the steps below.  Please contact Scott Hodges at shodges@metro4-sesarm.org for questions about registrations.
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.  You will see an announcement for the “2026 Region 4 Air Monitoring  Exhibition” in the top banner.​​​​​​
• Click on "Begin Registration" at the bottom of the announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• There is a registration fee of $200.00 per exhibit space to cover exhibit room rental costs.   This will cover one exhibit space per company in the exhibition area.  Exhibit space is limited, so booths will be assigned for each company wishing to have an exhibit on a first come, first served basis until gone.  Booth locations will be determined after registrations are complete.
• There is also a registration fee of $100 per person associated with the exhibition (i.e. non agency personnel). This will cover beverages (coffee, sodas, water, etc.) and light snacks for exhibit associates.  Meals will be on your own.
• Please pay the exhibitor space and associate fees on-line by following the prompts and paying from the shopping cart.  If necessary to pay by check, please make checks payable to “SESARM” and mailed to:  Metro 4/SESARM at 3122 Mahan Drive, Suite 801-287, Tallahassee, FL  32308.
•  After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your exhibition registration is complete.

 

 

EXHBITOR ROOMING ACCOMMODATIONS:

• There is not a specific hotel room block for exhibitors. You may reserve your sleeping room by clicking this link: Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown Emory or calling 1-888-236-2427.
• Alternate hotel arrangements may be found at the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Decatur/Emory located next door, at 116 Clairemont Ave, Decatur, GA 30030.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Suggested attire is business casual.
• Free Wi-Fi will be available on property.
• After the registration deadline on April 18, 2026, we will be in contact with exhibitors to assign exhibitor spaces. We will assign space starting with the confirmed registrations (that have been paid - first come/first serve).

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

• The Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown Emory does not provide an airport shuttle service.
• The Decatur MARTA station is 0.2 miles from the hotel.
• Overnight Self-Parking is $15 per night per vehicle.
• Daily Event Self-Parking is $15 Per Day.
