This is the annual Spring Grants and Planning Meeting with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast.

 

LOCATION: 

  • The Hyatt Place Atlanta/Centennial Park, 300 Luckie St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.

  • Grants and Planning meetings will be held in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2.

 

RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING:

Hotel reservation deadline:  Monday, April 10, 2023.

  • The hotel (Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park) room reservation link is: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/ATLZT/G-ADSM.  You may also reserve a room by going online to Hyatt.com and entering reservation using G-SADM as the Group/Corporate Number.

  • You may also reserve your room by calling the hotel at 1-888-HYATT HP (1-888-492-8847) and asking for the “Metro 4-SESARM 2023 Spring Air Directors Meeting” room block.

  • Rooms are being held for the nights of April 25-27 with check-out on April 28.

  • The nightly sleeping room rate will be $163.00 plus tax per night. 

 

REGISTRATION ON THIS WEB SITE:

  • Website registration deadline:  Friday, April 14, 2023.

  • Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.

  • Click on "Begin Registration" below this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.

  • After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.

  • There is no registration fee.

 

AGENDA:

A draft agenda is attached below.  A final agenda will be posted when available.  Below is the general schedule:

  • 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 26 through 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 27 – Spring Grants and Planning Meeting.

  • 8:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 28 - Optional - Small group meeting/team building/field trip. 

  • 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 26 – SESARM Board of Directors/Membership Annual Meeting

  • 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 27 – Metro 4 Board of Directors/Membership Annual Meeting 

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

  • The hotel is 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intl Aiport (ALT).

  • MARTA by Train: It's a 10-15 minute walk either from the CNN Center Station on the Blue/Green line or from the Peachtree Center Station on the Red/Gold line. 

  • Valet Parking at the hotel is $43/ per day, self-parking in open lot next to hotel. Hotel does not manage this lot.

 

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

  • Snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the meeting. All meals are on your own. 

  • The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast buffet daily for hotel guests.

  • Suggested attire is business casual.

  • Free Wi-Fi will be available in meeting rooms.
