2024 Spring Grants and Planning Meeting (Air Director's Meeting)

This is the registration page for the annual Spring Grants and Planning Meeting (Spring Air Director’s Meeting) with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast. It is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23.  Details and Registration Information is as follows:

LOCATION: 

• The Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, 3285 Peachtree Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30305.

• Grants and Planning meetings will be held in the Chastain Ballroom.

RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING:

• Hotel reservation deadline:  Monday, April 29, 2024
• Rooms are being held under "Metro 4-SESARM" room block for the nights of May 21-22 with check-out on May 23.
• The nightly sleeping room rate will be $173.00 pus tax per night. 
• The group rate will also be available 2 days Pre/Post event dates, based upon availability.

REGISTER ON THIS WEB SITE:

• Requested registration deadline:  Wednesday, May 8, 2024
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.
• Go to "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.
• There is no registration fee.

• 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 through 12:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23 – Spring Grants/Planning Meeting.
• 5:00 p.m.- 5:45 p.m.  Tuesday May 21 - Metro 4 Board of Directors/Membership Meeting
• 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Wednesday May 22 – SESARM Board of Directors/Membership Meeting

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

• The hotel does not have an airport shuttle.
• The Buckhead MARTA station is 0.5 miles from the hotel.
• Overnight Self Parking is $25 Per Night Per Vehicle.
• Overnight Valet Parking is $45 Per Night Per vehicle.
• Daily Event Self Parking is $15 Per Day and Daily Event Valet Parking is $25

• Snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the meeting.  All meals are on your own.
• Suggested attire is business casual.
