2025 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop

This is the event page for the 2025 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop.  It is scheduled from 9:00am - 1:00pm ET (8:00am - 12:00pm CT) on July 29-31, 2025. This workshop will be held virtually using Microsoft TEAMS.  This workshop is expected to be attended by the local, state and tribal air monitoring contacts in the Southeast. For July 30 and 31 Air Monitoring Vendors will also be invited to attend. A vendor breakout room session will be held on July 31.

WORKSHOP FORMAT:

This workshop will be held virtually using Microsoft TEAMS.  Links to the TEAMS meeting have been provided to the member agency Air Directors and monitoring staff.  Monitoring equipment vendors have also been sent the meeting link for Days 2 &3.  If you need the TEAMS meeting login information,  please contact Scott Hodges (shodges@metro4-sesarm.org), Stephanie Hammonds (shammonds@metro4-sesarm.org) or  Greg DeAngelo (gdeangelo@metro4-sesarm.org).

• 9:00am ET- 1:00pm ET (8:00 am CT- 12:00pm CT)  on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 - This session is for States, Locals, Tribes and EPA Staff Only
• 9:00am ET- 1:00pm ET (8:00 am CT- 12:00pm CT)  on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 - This session is open to State, Local, Tribes and EPA Staff as well as monitoring equipment vendors 
• 9:00am ET- 12:00pm ET (8:00 am CT- 11:00am CT)  on Thursday, July 31, 2025 - This session is open to State, Local, Tribes and EPA Staff as well as monitoring equipment vendors.  Participating monitoring equipment vendors will be available in breakout rooms for Q&A from 12:00pm-1:00pm ET (11:00am-12:00pm CT)
