Columbia, South Carolina – SC Dept of Environmental Services – Audit Calibration & Technical Support Analysis Section Manager – This position will serve as the Section Manager for the Audit Calibration and Technical Support (ACTS) section within the Division of Air Quality Analysis (DAQA). DAQA operates a state-wide ambient air monitoring network. This monitoring is used to determine compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The ACTS section is responsible for calibration, maintenance, and quality control checks for all instruments and sites in the monitoring network. The ACTS section manager oversees and manages the daily operations of all staff in the section. The section manager also ensures the section follows all EPA requirements to confirm that legally defensible and technically sound data is produced for the state of South Carolina.
