Dear MARAMA and Metro 4/SESARM Directors, Monitoring, and Planning Managers,

 

We are excited to announce that the registration form for the 2024 MARAMA & Metro 4/SESARM Fall Directors’ Meeting and the MARAMA Air Monitoring Committee Meeting is now available! 

MEETING OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this joint meeting and monitoring workshop are to foster collaboration among air quality agencies in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states, provide opportunities to learn from invited speakers, and share experiences in adapting to updated technologies, analysis methods, and regulatory requirements, all with the goal of enhancing air quality management. Anticipated topics include environmental justice, PM2.5 implementation, Pellet Mill MACT, insights from EPA OAQPS leadership, and updates from EPA Regions 3 and 4. The meeting will also feature targeted training on new air quality monitoring technologies, data analysis, and quality assurance methods. Please join us for this unique opportunity to collaborate with member agencies to share challenges, best practices, and solutions.
